What we check
Identity
We confirm that the person or representative behind a profile is who they say they are.

Business registration
Registered trading entities are checked against the register they claim to be listed on.

Tourism licence
Where a national or county tourism licence is required, we ask to see it.

Professional credentials
Guiding grades, naturalist qualifications and specialist accreditations, where they exist.

Insurance
Public liability or professional indemnity cover, where relevant to the service offered.
